I am a hotpot regular and had a pleasant experience here tonight for date night!
The atmosphere is nice and dark, and I felt the pricing was competitive for the options in the area, with $28/person the base AYCE price. I felt this had more than enough options to satisfy, but there is an upgraded option. Bf and I got the best of both worlds broth, allowing myself the classic and bf the spicy.
There was a large, well stocked buffet bar full of ingredients, from vegetables to fish. I found most of it tasted slightly old, but not enough to put me off.
Our real complaint was service, being that my bf’s choice of lamb meat was forgotten for a long period of time before being brought.
Overall though, I would put this in the top of hot pot places we’ve visited for value and quality!

One of the older Hot Pot places in town, but with recent additions, they’re keeping up as one of the best and best priced. Good meat quality for ordering and a great veggie, seafood, and sauce bar. Also has great fried rice, buns and drummettes at the bar. All you can eat for a very reasonable price as well.

A lot of the dishes are dirty and greasy.......... we had to lift up the top ones to choose a clean one.
Leo, one of the waiters, did a great job getting us what we needed.
Food quality is much better than the location in Grand Prairie!

This place was really good and if you can throw down a lot of food, a really good bang for your buck. We ended up doing the “cheaper” all you can eat at $26 a person for dinner. It had less meats than the premium but they were all delicious. Saved us $5 per person for our party of 10. The half and half is the best broth to go with in my opinion. If the spicy gets too hot just use the other broth!
My main critique for the place is I wish the sauce bar layout was a little better. It’s pretty small and a lot of people are crammed in there trying to figure out what sauces they want.
Overall still a good experience especially for a big party. They took great care of us.

Quality of the food here was great as always. The selection in the side bar for seafood, veggies, and noodles was excellent and everything was very fresh. Hot food bar had my whole table addicted to grabbing spring rolls to dip in the broth. We tried both the spicy bone marrow broth and the tomato broth this time. Mixing those two was delicious. Meats were high quality and tasty as usual. We stuck with pork belly, lamb, and lots of garlic beef.
Service was a little slow because we came in during the afternoon slump, otherwise the staff were helpful and patient. No issues ordering meats or getting refills on broth or water, just took a little while to check out. We did use a groupon for $20 off and that was honestly very painless as well. They made it easy to redeem.
Restaurant itself is cozy and has pretty good noise isolation. Tables are a little small for the lots of extra plates so be prepared with your group to grab goodies for the hotpot as a team and stack the used plates to the side right away.

Vegetarian options
There is no vegetarian option that I can see. All the menus are charged by the meat you choose, though plenty of veggies and tofu are available in the side bar. Pot is also shared with the table so your whole table would have to eat vegetarian. Almost all the broth bases are bone marrow based as well. I don't think vegetarians would have the best time here.
Dietary restrictions
Kind of a free for all because the pot is shared with the table. Your whole table would need to be mindful of any restrictions. Not a good place for allergies.

Small restaurant. Make a reservation if you want tocome at a busy time.
Kid-friendliness
To some extent there's no haven for picky eaters so I'd only say it's a little kid friendly.

Me and my wife had an amazing time eating hotpot. They had fresh meat and fresh veggies. Everything was so good I couldn't recommend this place enough. We had the original beef broth and spicy beef broth. It is a bit pricy but it's worth it.

One of the older Hot Pot places in town as we have been here since 2012, but with recent additions, they’re keeping up as one of the best and best priced. Good meat quality for ordering and a great veggie, seafood, and sauce bar. All you can eat for a very reasonable price as well.
Customer service can have some improvement but the owner handled it well when we shared our feedbacks.

The quality of the meat was amazing, especially for the price point! All the ingredients such as vegetables, seafood, and meat looked and tasted very fresh. They have a station where you can make your own sauce. I like that since some hotpot places don’t have that oddly enough. There was also fresh noodles not just instant. My server Hua was very accommodating. I’d definitely come again.

Today, we visited this restaurant for the first time to try the food. We asked our server if we could take out leftover food by paying extra, and he agreed, stating that he would charge based on the weight of the takeout food. We agreed to this arrangement. Unfortunately, by the time we finished eating, that server had left, and another server came to collect payment. When we inquired about the takeout, he rudely replied, “No, you can’t.” We politely asked again and explained the agreement with the original server. He claimed to be the manager (Mr. Sae?) and responded rudely, insulting my wife and me while laughing at us. His attitude was deplorable. He could have politely explained the restaurant’s policy, but instead, he chose to insult us. A restaurant manager who insults a female customer in front of her husband and other patrons for politely requesting something previously agreed upon by the original server is a deplorable and unprofessional person. I strongly advise against visiting such a place.
